Fees & process

Fixed fees, one stage at a time, agreed before work starts.

You pay for a defined stage with a defined result, and decide after each written report whether to go further.

Why we work in stages.

Most matters have a natural first step: a check, a review or an assessment. Pricing that step on its own lets you decide with real information, instead of committing to the whole matter at the start.

  1. A proposal for the first stage

The scope, what is excluded, the timeline and the fixed fee, in writing.

  2. You accept, and the stage starts

Nothing starts, and nothing is charged for the stage, until you accept the proposal.

  3. A written report

The result of the stage, with recommendations and the next stage’s scope and fee.

  4. Your decision

Continue, pause or stop. A new request becomes a new stage with its own fee, not open-ended extra work.

What each fee covers

Legal fees and our service fees are separate.

Siam Oakmont is not a law firm. Your statement shows two kinds of fee, so it is always clear who is paid for what.

Our prices

Every matter is different, so each stage is quoted in writing for your situation before it starts. Ask for a proposal with the form; the conflict check comes first.

What a proposal always includes

  • The scope of the stage, and what is excluded.
  • The fixed fee, and any official fees and costs shown separately.
  • The timeline and the update schedule.
  • For legal work, the responsible lawyer and their credentials.

Start with your situation and the names of the parties involved. Once our conflict check is complete, we’ll propose a first stage with a fixed fee.
