How we handle personal data, under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).

Who we are

What we collect
- Through the contact form: your situation, country of residence, preferred language, name, email address, preferred contact method, urgency, the names of other parties involved, and the short description you write.
- In later correspondence: what you choose to send us after our first reply.
- When you visit: aggregate, cookie-free page-view and performance data through Cloudflare Web Analytics, and standard technical logs kept by our hosting provider for security.
The form takes no uploads. Please don’t send confidential documents until our conflict check is complete; after our first reply we explain how to share documents securely.
Why we use it, and on what basis

The names of other parties you give us are used only for the conflict check and your matter.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that process data for us: Web3Forms (delivery of contact-form messages), Zoho Mail (our email), and Cloudflare (website hosting, security and Web Analytics).
- Our teams: when you engage us, the lawyer or specialist assigned to your matter receives what they need for it. A law firm acting for you under an engagement letter handles your data as a separate controller for the legal work, under its own professional obligations.
- Authorities: where the law requires it, or where needed for your matter with your instructions.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Transfers outside Thailand
Our clients are abroad, and some of our service providers process data on servers outside Thailand. Where personal data is transferred outside Thailand, we do so as the PDPA allows, for example where the transfer is necessary for steps you ask us to take or for a contract with you, or with appropriate safeguards. Your rights
Under the PDPA you can ask us to give you access to and a copy of your personal data, correct it, transfer it, delete or anonymise it, restrict its use, or object to its use, and you can withdraw any consent you have given. Cookies
This website does not set cookies of its own. Cloudflare Web Analytics, which we use for aggregate visitor statistics, is cookie-free according to Cloudflare.
