A named, licensed lawyer for every piece of legal work.
Only Thai nationals licensed by the Lawyers Council of Thailand may practise law and appear in Thai courts (Lawyers Act B.E. 2528). Siam Oakmont is not a law firm, so all legal work is carried out by licensed Thai lawyers under a separate engagement letter.
That letter names the responsible lawyer and their credentials. We name the lawyer at engagement, rather than on this website, because we choose the lawyer best suited to your particular matter once we know what it involves.
We also run the conflict check before any lawyer or specialist sees your file, so you can share details with confidence once we confirm we can act.
